Meet Rashel
I started RMT Solutions to further spread the reward of the community centric strategies I have used over the course of my decade long career as a community engagement specialist.
I saw how businesses and programs were well-intentioned with their initiatives and their desire to grow. But there were clear disconnects on how to sustain these efforts and ensure community receptiveness.
What they wanted to do was clear, but how they were going to get there was what was hindering them. This is the humanizing side of the work I care so deeply about.
We live in a more socially conscious and accountable world, and how you work with and treat people really matters. My goal with RMT Solutions is to empower all businesses to successfully optimize processes, build community and partnerships, and establish a culture that keeps clients coming back and employees glad to be a part of the team!
